These terms govern the services provided by AlpineDC LTD.

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AlpineDC LTD, including colocation, housing, dedicated servers, VPS and IP connectivity. They supplement any specific conditions agreed in a contract or individual quote.

Services

The services offered by AlpineDC LTD are described on the website and specified in the applicable contractual documents. They may depend on technical specifications, infrastructure availability and particular contractual conditions. AlpineDC reserves the right to evolve its offering in line with technical and regulatory constraints.

Orders

Any order for services is subject to validation by AlpineDC LTD. Acceptance of an order may be conditional on the provision of additional information, the signature of a contract or the payment of setup fees. Custom quotes and offers may contain specific conditions that supplement these terms and conditions.

Pricing and billing

The prices displayed on the website or agreed by quote are those applicable to the order or contract. They are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding applicable taxes. AlpineDC reserves the right to modify its tariffs in the event of regulatory changes, infrastructure cost variations or service evolution, with reasonable prior notice.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the contract or invoice. In the absence of any particular stipulation, payment is due according to the agreed due dates. Any late payment may result in suspension of services after formal notice.

Duration and termination

The duration of services, renewal terms and termination conditions depend on the service subscribed and the applicable contractual documents. The customer is responsible for complying with the notice periods set out in their contract.

Liability

AlpineDC LTD undertakes to provide its services with due care and in accordance with professional industry standards. Its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a proven fault in the execution of services. AlpineDC cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of business or service interruptions due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

The customer remains responsible for the use they make of the services ordered, including the security of their equipment, the legal compliance of their activities and the protection of their own data.

Force majeure

AlpineDC LTD shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations when this results from a case of force majeure, including: natural disasters, power or network supply interruptions attributable to third parties, governmental measures, labour disputes, pandemics, or any other event beyond its control and irresistible.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to any different statutory allocation of jurisdiction.
